Standards Format Conversion

Please call for formats, rates and availability.

Camera Package Notes:
Weekends and late evenings (starting after 6pm) add 15% differential
Travel is included within a 30 Mile radius of shop (water excluded <g>);
Overtime is 1.5x dayrate after 8 hours, 2x dayrate after 12 hours.
Distant locations requiring overnight accommodations, add 10% per diem.

Large productions can be accommodated,
including grip trucks, 16mm and 35mm Film packages,
as well as sourcing HDCam and VariCam packages.

(Yes, we do small productions, weddings and recitals too. Please call for rates and packages).

Terms and Conditions (the fine print):
We want you to be happy with what we do. But please understand we need fairness both ways.
Just so there aren’t misunderstandings, here are our assumptions:

Please pay us for our work that isn’t pro bono. That way we will still be here when you need us.
We understand about cash flow; stay in touch if you’re having trouble, but please don’t use us like a bank - we’re just not that big to float everyone a loan. If you’re late with payment, we do expect you will cover our cost of floating you the loan at a rate of 1% per month, or any part of that month. It’s not that much, and paying us means you respect our work.

If you book us for work, like edits, graphics, or a shoot, and you cancel, we may not be able to recover the time lost that was allocated to you. So, in that case, here’s the rule of thumb:
 If you cancel less than 24 hours from the booking start time; you’re responsible for the whole booking;
 If you cancel less than 48 hours from the booking start time, you’re on the hook for 50%.
 Please don’t show up too late - we understand, but time really is money for us. We will try not to be late  for you.

Lastly, please be candid with us. If there is something you don’t like, or are confused about, or we put you off in some way, give us an opportunity to try to make it right with you.
